Once you can get past the pretty patronizing announcer, this video is pretty close to truth. Nice the interface is 20Xs better though.

All they forgot is the Captain Kirk communication device that does everything on all three tables... plus gets you appointed Governor of your favorite coffee house.
I just wish my computer had one of those cool dials... might save my carpal-tunnel progression.
